There is currently no returns/exchanges on special orders or closeout items.
You may return/exchange items unworn and unwashed within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Items must be unwashed and unworn beyond the common "trying it on".
Please include the shipping invoice with your return for verification of order.
If you need to return an item, then simply login to your account through the "My Account" link at the top of the page. View the order using the "Completed Orders" link and then click on the "Return Item(s)" button located to the right of each item.
Click the "Return Requests" link to view the status of your return. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
If you did not make an account at checkout:
You must make an account prior to all return/exchange request-Then email us at Returns@shirtasaurus.com with your order number and return reason for approval
When your return is approved, simply cut out the return address and attach it to the shipping container and include the remainder of the packaging slip in with your return item, making sure the options are circled to verify your needs. Pay for postage and ship, on receiving usual time is 3-5 business days until we process your return.
On processing of your return, we will credit your account for the amount paid for the item. Please make sure you have an active account at our site. If the item was gifted, please use YOUR name and address when making an account and also include YOUR name with the return slip so we credit your account.

We can provide you with a shipping label for your return for a fee. This fee will be deducted from your refund or exchange amount.
If exchange is what you selected, we will process your return package and put the items purchase price (not including original shipping cost) into your store credit. From there your free to select the new item size/color (or whatever else!) you like. On checkout you'll see your store credit as a payment option, where we have added funds to this dollar amount so you can pay the difference (the redelivery fee) on the least expensive shipping method,but you may choose to pay more for a faster redelivery shipping method if you so choose.

Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
