Return Policy

Return Policy And Instructions

Items must be unwashed and unworn beyond the common "trying it on".
Please include the shipping invoice with your return for verification of order.

If you made an account at checkout:

If you need to return an item, then simply login to your account through the "My Account" link at the top of the page. View the order using the "Completed Orders" link  and then click on the "Return Item(s)" button located to the right of each item. 

Click the "Return Requests" link to view the status of your return. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

If you did not make an account at checkout:

You must make an account prior to all return/exchange request-Then email us at with your order number and return reason for approval

After Approval...

...simply cut out the return address and attach it to the shipping container and include the remainder of the packaging slip in with your return item, making sure the options are circled to verify your needs. Pay for postage and ship, on receiving usual time is 3-5 business days until we process your return.

On processing of your return  we will credit your payment method for the amount paid for the item (not including the original shipping cost).

If exchange is what you selected, we will process your exchange and put the items purchase price (including the original shipping cost) into your store credit. From there your free to select the new item size/color (or whatever else!) you like. On checkout you'll see your store credit when logged in to your account.
