Astronomers discover a planet traveling through space without a sun

Early Wednesday, astronomers at the University of Hawaii at Manoa reported that they found a young planet floating in the void of space without a star to call its own. The planet, dubbed PSO J318.5-22, is estimated to be about 12 million years old, making it much younger than our planet Earth.
