Capcom is once again focusing in on the musical aspect of the Devil May Cry series for its latest entry. Every main character has their own theme, and of course there's going to be a lot of music to kick some ass to. The best part? It apparently changes based on how well you're doing in-game. Even if I'm not down with every song, that mechanic is going to rock.
In addition to all of the other preview videos doled out so far you can also listen to the below tidbit, which showcases the Hyde collaboration that Capcom is so fond of. In case you're utterly confused and wondering why a 19th-century novella is singing action genre songs, Hyde is actually a Japanese singer/songwriter who has a huge presence worldwide.
He's worked on countless anime and game projects (including Devil May Cry 4!) both solo and as part of his band, L'Arc-en-Ciel (which you may have heard of). Maybe you dig it, maybe you don't? Either way Devil May Cry 5 is nearly here with a March 8 launch date for PC, PS4 and Xbox One.
