A slew of Halogames for Xbox 360 are now playable on Xbox One through backward compatibility, and if you don't own or don't care to mess with The Master Chief Collection, that's darn good news.

The timing here works out rather well. I've been getting some unmistakable Halocampaign vibes from Destiny 2's story missions, and while I'm not exactly looking to run through these games right this moment, it's nice that the option exists going forward. I still have all my old discs!
