Here's a Neat Little Thing to cap off your day from YouTube user Scruffy.
It's a dive into Pikmin 2's inner workings to come up with and modify a first-person view in a game that wasn't meant to have one. The results -- even in this still-experimental stage -- are impressive.
There's a lot of explanatory buildup and technical talk, albeit helped along by some darn good visual aids. With that in mind, if you'd rather just skip ahead to see what a Pikmingame can look like from Olimar's low-down perspective, that footage begins exactly 10 minutes into the video. Cool stuff.
