    Kiriko, the fox-friendly ninja, is the newest Overwatch 2 hero

    Activision Blizzard has released the official trailer for the newest hero heading to Overwatch 2 — Kiriko is a young Japanese woman, a skillful practitioner of ninjutsu, who uses her stealth ability, mastery of martial arts, and seemingly almost supernatural skills in order to bring the win home for her team.

    In addition, Activision Blizzard released its layout plans for the new shooter sequel's first season of content, detailing events, unlocks, battle pass rewards, and much more. Kiriko had been previously leaked online, but it's still nice to see her get her official moment in the spotlight. She looks pretty rad, too.

    Overwatch 2 launches as a free-to-play title on October 4.
