Microsft has purchased Zenimax/Bethesda in what is described as an "Industry-shaking" acquisition.
Microsoft purchased Zenimax for $7.5 billion USD, which gives Microsoft immediate ownership of lucrative gaming brands such as Doom, Fallout, The Elder Scrolls, Wolfenstein, and Dishonored, among others. This is, of course, an incredible coup leading into the dawn of a new generation of gaming.
