According to the sources who related this information to Kotaku's Jason Schreier, this will have a knock-on effect for Sucker Punch's samurai adventure Ghost of Tsushima.
In the same tweet that pre-empted the news about The Last of Us sequel, Schreier also noted that the push-back would cause Ghost of Tsushima to miss its expected fall release window, which could see the adventure title not arrive until 2021, after the launch of PlayStation 5. Schreier also noted, however, that it was very unlikely that the game would be redesigned as a PS5 title, and would simply see a late release on PS4.
