Telltale's Guardians of the Galaxy starts tomorrow, is this how they die?

Almost a minute into the episode one launch trailer for Telltale's Guardians of the Galaxy, seconds before Suzi Quatro kicks in and steals the show, the raccoon quips "We're just going deeper into the old creepy temple to stop a literal murderizing machine. What's the worst that could happen?" With an exaggerated sigh, Gamora retorts "So this is how I die."

Except it's probably not how Gamora or any of them die! Not yet, anyway! This is the first of five chapters and killing off the Guardians up front would leave antagonist Thanos and the "unspeakable power" to twiddle their thumbs for the remaining 80 percent. Not likely.

Or, maybe they do die. This is comic book territory and that means it can rely on Comic Book Magic to resuscitate any fallen cast. I change my vote. Now I think they die.
